JQuery Roundabout is a very impressive plug-in that converts HTML elements to prikolnyye, customizable interactive and "pinwheel-like" (and not only) interfaces.

By default, it works with ordered and unordered lists, but with a little modification, you can convert any nested structure of HTML.
